- 3 Yukon gold potatoes, 1″ cubes
- whole milk or cream
- salt and pepper
- Boil potatoes for 17 minutes.
- Drain water. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add butter and milk.
- Mash until fluffy. Serve warm.
