Jesse’s mashed potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 3 Yukon gold potatoes, 1″ cubes
  • butter
  • whole milk or cream
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes for 17 minutes.
  2. Drain water. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Add butter and milk.
  4. Mash until fluffy. Serve warm.

Jesse’s advice: Make good mashed potatoes. Don’t make bad mashed potatoes.
